释义	法律分析：羁押基本上是一种逮捕、拘留决定以后的，依附于拘留、逮捕的剥夺公民人身自由的当然状态，不是一种独立的强制措施。侦查中的羁押期限，是指犯罪嫌疑人在侦查中被逮捕以后到侦查终结的期限。根据刑事诉讼法和六机关《规定》的规定，侦查中的羁押期限可以分为一般羁押期限、特殊羁押期限和重新计算的羁押期限三种。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十六条对犯罪嫌疑人逮捕后的侦查羁押期限不得超过二个月。案情复杂、期限届满不能终结的案件，可以经上一级人民检察院批准延长一个月。
