释义	法律分析：残疾人可以离婚。公民既有结婚自由也有离婚自由，这是每个公民的权利，一方有残疾并不影响其享有该权利。不过如果是智力残疾的人，其如果属于限制民事行为能力人或者无民事行为能力人，则与之离婚只能通过诉讼的方式进行，不能通过协议离婚的方式办理。而且限制民事行为能力人或者无民事行为能力人诉讼离婚需要其代理人代其参加诉讼，提起诉讼。法律依据：《民法典》第二十一条，不能辨认自己行为的成年人为无民事行为能力人，由其法定代理人代理实施民事法律行为。
