释义	法律分析：一般过失又称“轻过失”、“轻微过失'过失的一种形式。当法律对某种行为人在某种情况下应当注意和能够注意的程度有较高要求时，行为人没有遵守这种较高要求但未违背一般人应注意并能注意的一般规则的过失状态。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十五条应当预见自己的行为可能发生危害社会的结果，因为疏忽大意而没有预见，或者已经预见而轻信能够避免，以致发生这种结果的，是过失犯罪。过失犯罪，法律有规定的才负刑事责任。
