专用发票可以抵扣

释义

法律主观：

增值税发票可以抵扣进项税额，但是专用发票才可以抵扣，普通发票不能抵扣。不同的项目适用的税率不一样。纳税人销售服务、无形资产的，除有法定情况外，税率为6%。

法律客观：

    《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》
    第七条
    增值税专用发票由国务院税务主管部门确定的企业印制；
    其他发票，按照国务院税务主管部门的规定，由省、自治区、直辖市税务机关确定的企业印制。禁止私自印制、伪造、变造发票。
