释义	法律分析：可以起诉，但是作为证据使用，并不足以证明是对方借款。当事人间通过网络方式转款的，有可能是赠与、有可能是业务款的结算，当然也有可能是借款。所以，如果当事人只有红包记录而没有其他的证据的，最多只可能证明曾经经对方通过红包的方式转过钱，但并不能证明该笔钱是对方的借款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十五条借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
