释义	法律分析：父亲是汉族，母亲是少数民族，孩子户口本上填的是汉族，现在想改成少数民族，是可以的。民族成份在满十八周岁以前由父母商定。需要更改民族成分的公民，可以到户籍所在地的公安机关申请。法律依据：《关于中国公民确定民族成分的规定》个人的民族成份，只能依据父或母的民族成份确定。不同民族的公民结婚所生子女，或收养其他民族的幼儿(经公证部门公证确认收养关系的)，其民族成份在满十八周岁以前由父母或养父母商定，满十八周岁者由本人决定，年满二十周岁者不再更改民族成份。
