释义	依据相关法律规定，违法修建的房屋不具有所有权和他物权，所以将违建房屋用于出租是违法的，该行为无效。有下列情形之一的，合同无效：(一)一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立合同，损害国家利益;(二)恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三人利益等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
