释义	法律分析：我国没有“父债子偿”的法律规定。债权人与债务人是特定的人，由于负有债务的父亲是特定的，其子女虽与其有血缘关系，但不是特定的债务人，对债权人当然不负有义务。因此父债子还的说法是没有法律根据的。但父母去世遗留的债务，子女继承父母遗产的，应当用遗产偿还债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。
