释义	法律分析：需要。司法机关发现犯罪事实或犯罪嫌疑人，依法立案后，在案件侦查过程中，发现案件不属于自己管辖，应将案件移送有管辖权的机关。公安移送管辖后要重新立案。接受移送管辖的人民法院，是需要重新立案，送达立案通知书，然后重新计算审理期限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第三十六条人民法院发现受理的案件不属于本院管辖的，应当移送有管辖权的人民法院，受移送的人民法院应当受理。受移送的人民法院认为受移送的案件依照规定不属于本院管辖的，应当报请上级人民法院指定管辖，不得再自行移送。
