释义	遗书受益人可以拿到遗书。书面遗嘱需要证明立遗嘱人的意思表示完全真实自愿，而且在订立遗嘱时没有受到威胁和恐吓，另外要求立遗嘱人立遗嘱时神智是清楚的。如果当事人前后立有多份遗嘱，以最后一份遗嘱为准生效。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百四十三条，无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
