释义	法律分析: 单位把个人档案丢失了，个人可以将单位告到法院，要求单位赔偿因个人档案丢失给个人造成的经济损失。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国档案法》第十五条机关、团体、企业事业单位和其他组织应当按照国家有关规定，定期向档案馆移交档案，档案馆不得拒绝接收。经档案馆同意，提前将档案交档案馆保管的，在国家规定的移交期限届满前，该档案所涉及政府信息公开事项仍由原制作或者保存政府信息的单位办理。移交期限届满的，涉及政府信息公开事项的档案按照档案利用规定办理。
