释义	法律分析: 警察不能一个人录口供，至少也需要两个人。法律依据: 《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百条传唤持续的时间不得超过十二小时。案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，经办案部门负责人批准，传唤持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。不得以连续传唤的形式变相拘禁犯罪嫌疑人。传唤期限届满，未作出采取其他强制措施决定的，应当立即结束传唤。第二百零二条讯问犯罪嫌疑人，必须由侦查人员进行。讯问的时候，侦查人员不得少于二人。讯问同案的犯罪嫌疑人，应当个别进行。
