释义	服刑人员的亲属、监护人可以就近向居住地司法局或司法所提出远程视频会见申请，可采取电话申请或到场申请的方式，由司法局（所）工作人员办理网上预约申请。预约审批工作由监狱负责，每月10日前确定下一个月的远程视频会见。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第四十七条罪犯在服刑期间可以与他人通信，但是来往信件应当经过监狱检查。监狱发现有碍罪犯改造内容的信件，可以扣留。罪犯写给监狱的上级机关和司法机关的信件，不受检查。第四十八条罪犯在监狱服刑期间，按照规定，可以会见亲属、监护人。
