释义	法律分析：所谓第三方存贷质押，是指企业在商业银行协议存款后，为第三方从商业银行贷款提供存单质押，作为第三方贷款的第二还款来源。存款行和贷款行可为同一家，也可是不同银行，后者即为跨行存单抵押贷款业务。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理存单纠纷案件的若干规定》第八条以金融机构核押的存单出质的，即使存单系伪造、变造、虚开，质押合同均为有效，金融机构应当依法向质权人兑付存单所记载的款项。
