释义	法律客观：根据劳动保障部等部门《关于印发城镇职工基本医疗保险定点医疗机构管理暂行办法的通知》(劳社部发[1999]14号)规定，参保人员应在选定的定点医疗机构就医，并可自主决定在定点医疗机构购药或持处方到定点零售药店购药。除急诊和急救外，参保人员在非选定的定点医疗机构就医发生的费用，不得由基本医疗保险基金支付。因此，职工如患急病确实来不及到选定的医院医治，自己到附近的医院诊治，持有医院急诊证明，其医药费用，可由基本医疗保险基金按规定支付。
