什么是指股权投资

股权投资，是为参与或控制某一公司的经营活动而投资购买其股权的行为。可以发生在公开的交易市场上，也可以发生在公司的发起设立或募集设立场合，还可以发生在股份的非公开转让场合。股权投资的动因，主要有：①获取收益，②获得资产控制权，③参与经营决策，④调整资产结构，⑤投机。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第四条公司股东依法享有资产收益、参与重大决策和选择管理者等权利。
