：
《快递暂行条例》 第十九条 两个以上经营快递业务的企业可以使用统一的商标、字号或者快递运单经营快递业务。前款规定的经营快递业务的企业应当签订书面协议明确各自的权利义务，遵守共同的服务约定，在服务质量、安全保障、业务流程等方面实行统一管理，为用户提供统一的快件跟踪查询和投诉处理服务。
