释义	法律分析：离婚案件中的原告本人必须出庭，有合理的客观理由不出庭的，必须提交书面意见。被告可以不到庭参加诉讼。离婚案件原告即使委托了代理人，也应当本人亲自出庭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。第一百四十五条宣判前，原告申请撤诉的，是否准许，由人民法院裁定。人民法院裁定不准许撤诉的，原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以缺席判决。
