释义	法律分析：上班期间请假,如果是事假,那么要扣当天的日工资;如果是产检,那么不扣工资。如果是请长期病假,那么按照病假工资支付。一般企业对员工的法定假日或婚丧产假及符合条件的病假工伤,都不会扣工资的;但超出了这个范围因个人主观原因造成的事假就不会有工资了。法律依据：《企业职工患病或非因工负伤医疗期规定》第五条企业职工在医疗期内，其病假工资、疾病救济费和医疗待遇按照有关规定执行。
