离婚一方不到怎么办?
释义
人不到不可以，离婚可以分为协议离婚和诉讼离婚。无论是协议离婚还是诉讼离婚，都需要本人亲自办理，不能代办。协议离婚的话，需要双方亲自到任一方的户籍地婚姻登记处办理结婚手续。如果是诉讼离婚，起诉方向管辖区的法院提交完起诉所需资料后，虽然可以委托律师办理剩下的专业事宜。但是离婚案件开庭后，起诉方还是需要出庭的。
