释义	法律分析：不行。办理离婚登记必须双方亲自到场。因为到民政局办理离婚协议，会要求夫妻双方在工作人员的监督下，在申请离婚登记声明书，离婚登记审查处理表签字，另一方不去，无法签字。虽然有离婚协议书，但是如果办理离婚登记时，一方不到场的话，是不能继续办理离婚登记的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十六条夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
