释义	法律分析：我国实行的法定夫妻财产制为婚后所得共同制，即在婚姻关系存续期间，夫妻各方的一切收入和取得的财产，除夫妻个人特有财产及另有约定以外，均归夫妻共同所有。若想将夫妻共有房产转为个人所有，在夫妻关系存续期间，可以通过双方自愿约定将共同房产变更为一方单独所有，即通过赠与方式转变，这样另外一方则失去所有权。法律依据：《民法典》第六百五十七条规定，赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。（《民法典》生效时间为2021年1月1日）
