释义	法律分析：没有。存疑不起诉本身是一个事件，该事件是否对本人有影响，从法律上讲，这不是犯罪记录，本人也无需承担报告义务，存疑不起诉是没有记录。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第十二条未经人民法院依法判决，对任何人都不得确定有罪。《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应当如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。犯罪的时候不满十八周岁被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的人，免除前款规定的报告义务。
