释义	法律分析：没有规定开庭后几日内应当下达判决，只是规定了案件的审理期限。审结期限，是从立案的次日起至裁判宣告、调解书送达之日止的期间，但公告期间、鉴定期间、审理当事人提出的管辖权异议以及处理人民法院之间的管辖争议期间不应计算在内。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十六条人民法院审理对判决的上诉案件，应当在第二审立案之日起三个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准。人民法院审理对裁定的上诉案件，应当在第二审立案之日起三十日内作出终审裁定。
