释义	法律分析：因旅行社的原因，致使团队的旅游活动不能成行而取消的，旅行社应当立即通知旅游者，并按如下标准支付违约金：出发前第5日以前通知到的，支付全部旅游费用的10%。出发前第5日至第3日通知到的，支付全部旅游费用的20%。出发前第3日至第1日通知到的，支付全部旅游费用的30%。出发前1日通知到的，支付全部旅游费用的50%。旅游开始日及以后通知到的，支付全部旅游费用的100%。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
