释义	法律分析: 产假遇法定节假日是否可顺延，法律并无明确规定。产假与法定假日重合是不可以顺延补休法定假的，一般产假90天，已经包含了其中的法定节假日。在实务中，产假通常按自然天数计算，休息日和法定节假日均包含在内。另外的晚育假是顺延的。法律依据: 《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
