释义	1、自然人犯洗钱罪的，没收实施毒品犯罪、黑社会性质的组织犯罪、走私犯罪的违法所得及其产生的收益，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处洗钱数额百分之五以上百分之二十以下罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处洗钱数额百分之五上以百分之二十以下罚金。2、单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百九十一条
