已结刑事案件卷宗查阅

律师分析：
刑事案件当事人没有权利查阅卷宗。按照我国刑事诉讼法的相关规定，一般来说，刑事案件的当事人是不可以查询卷宗资料的，只能由代理律师进行查阅。
刑事案件结案后当事人不能复印卷宗，只有辩护律师或者其他辩护人在审查起诉期间为行使辩护权可以复印案卷材料。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第三十八条 辩护律师自人民检察院对案件审查起诉之日起，可以查阅、摘抄、复制本案的案卷材料。其他辩护人经人民法院、人民检察院许可，也可以查阅、摘抄、复制上述材料。
