释义	目前世界上征兵制度里主要以志愿兵制和义务兵制。志愿兵制就是看个人意愿想不想当兵，并不须要去兵役登记。这是目前世界上比较主流的兵制。义务兵制则是要求公民满18岁就必须兵役登记（不过主要只针对男性）但可以根据个人情况推迟服役时间或免除服役，但都必须在30岁以前到军队服役。目前使用义务兵制的国家和地区很少，中国周边地区有韩国和台湾都是义务兵制，但只要求男性满18岁就兵役登记。目前全世界范围以内只要以色列要求不论男女都满18岁以后都必须服兵役。该内容由王金虎律师和律说律答共创回答
