新能源公司注册需要什么条件？ |

法律分析：
1、公司法定代表人签署的《公司设立登记申请书》;
2、全体股东签署的公司章程;
3、法人股东资格证明或者自然人股东身份证及其复印件;
4、董事、监事和经理的任职文件及身份证复印件;
5、指定代表或委托代理人证明;
6、代理人身份证及其复印件;
7、住所使用证明。
住所使用证明材料的准备，分为以下三种情况：
(1)若是自己房产，需要房产证复印件，自己的身份证复印件;
(2)若是租房，需要房东签字的房产证复印件，房东的身份证复印件，双方签字盖章的租赁合同，和租金发票;
(3)若是租的某个公司名下的写字楼，需要该公司加盖公章的房产证复印件，该公司营业执照复印件，双方签字盖章的租赁合同，还有租金发票。
综上所述，现在不少人因为某些原因，会注册空壳公司，这样的公司并不展开实际经营，当然，注册空壳公司手续合法的话就不违法，法律也给予保护。注册公司需要经办人带上股东会决议、公司章程、住所证明、法人代表身份证等材料，去工商部门办理。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第二十六条 有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。 法律、行政法规以及国务院决定对有限责任公司注册资本实缴、注册资本最低限额另有规定的，从其规定。
