释义	法律分析：17岁签合同是有效的，法律规定了，16周岁到18周岁，如果是以自己的劳动收入来作为主要生活和经济来源的，为完全民事行为能力人。完全民事行为能力人签定的合同是有效的。但是如果是智力、精神健康状况都不符合17岁，或者名不能用自己的劳动收入来养活自己的孩子，签的合同是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十七条限制民事行为能力人订立的合同，经法定代理人追认后，该合同有效，但纯获利益的合同或者与其年龄、智力、精神健康状况相适应而订立的合同，不必经法定代理人追认。
