释义	合同成立的时间一般是合同当事人都已经在合同上面签字盖章或者按指印的时间。但是如果有一方当事人还没有在合同上签字，但已经履行了合同的主要义务，并且对方当事人接受了其履行的，合同就已经成立，主要义务履行完毕的时间为合同成立的时间。【法律依据】《民法典》第四百九十条，当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
