释义	法律分析：驾照被吊销后罚款还是要交的。自开罚单之日起超过十五天不交纳罚款的，每天将会按罚款总额的3%加收滞纳金。但不会超过罚金的总额即封顶。即交纳罚款时，最多带上2倍的罚款总金额前去交纳便是。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百零九条交通违法者自领到交通违法凭证15日内必须到有关部门接受处理或罚款，逾期不接受处理的，从第16日起每日按罚金的3%收取滞纳金。
