释义	法律分析: 附条件合同是指当事人在合同中特别规定一定的条件，以条件是否成就来决定合同效力的发生或消灭的合同。有如下特征：必须是将来发生的事实;必须是不确定的事实;必须是当事人约定而不是法定事实;必须是合法的事实;不得与合同内容相矛盾。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
