释义	法律分析: 续产假一般没有更合适的理由，除非是按照正常的事假请假才会被批准，但是不能再享受产假待遇了。法律依据: 《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，应增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，可增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
