释义	法律分析：法律规定，对于二审之后，就不能进行上诉了。二审法院所作出的判决是终审判决，从判决书送到的那天起就会生效，当事人不可以进行上诉。如果当事人对已经生效的判决不服的，可以依法向人民法院申请再审，但是不能停止判决的执行。当然也可以向上一级检查院申诉请求检察院向法院抗诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百三十三条第二审人民法院应当就第一审判决认定的事实和适用法律进行全面审查，不受上诉或者抗诉范围的限制。共同犯罪的案件只有部分被告人上诉的，应当对全案进行审查，一并处理。
