释义	法律分析：犯罪中止的概念：在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效防止犯罪结果发生的，是犯罪中止。特征：一、主观性。行为为人主观上具有中止犯罪的决意。二、客观性。行为人客观上实施了中止犯罪的行为等等。处罚根据《刑法》第二十四条第二款，对于中止犯，没有造成损害的，应当免除处罚；造成损害的，应当减轻处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十四条在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的，是犯罪中止。对于中止犯，没有造成损害的，应当免除处罚；造成损害的，应当减轻处罚。
