释义	不交物业费物业无权不让用电梯。物业公司以不交物业费为由关停电梯，限制业主乘坐电梯，甚至连已交费业主也不能使用电梯，严重侵犯了业主的合法权益。业主可以通过业委会与物业协调，也可以向房产局物业管理部门投诉，或者通过消协维权。物业费的问题可以通过诉讼等合法手段解决。《物业管理条例》第三十五条  物业服务企业应当按照物业服务合同的约定，提供相应的服务。物业服务企业未能履行物业服务合同的约定，导致业主人身、财产安全受到损害的，应当依法承担相应的法律责任。
