释义	法律分析: 在中国人民武装警察部队服役的人员是现役军人，公安系统的警察不是。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国人民警察法》第二十六条担任人民警察应当具备下列条件：（一）年满十八岁的公民；（二）拥护中华人民共和国宪法；（三）有良好的政治、业务素质和良好的品行；（四）身体健康；（五）具有高中毕业以上文化程度；（六）自愿从事人民警察工作。有下列情形之一的，不得担任人民警察：（一）曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的；（二）曾被开除公职的。
