丈夫因赌博欠债，解除关系时妻子会承担吗
释义
法律分析：
只要能够证明债务的性质是赌债。妻子不需要承担偿还责任，否则债为夫妻共同债务妻子需要偿还。出借人明知借款人是为了进行非法活动而借款的，其借贷关系不予保护。赌博是国家法律严令禁止的行为，赌债不受法律保护。
法律依据：
《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》 第十一条 出借人明知借款人是为了进行非法活动而借款的，其借贷关系不予保护。
