释义	法律分析: 合同承诺一般在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人时取消。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十一条行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。第四百八十五条承诺可以撤回。承诺的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。第四百八十六条受要约人超过承诺期限发出承诺，或者在承诺期限内发出承诺，按照通常情形不能及时到达要约人的，为新要约；但是，要约人及时通知受要约人该承诺有效的除外。
