释义	法律分析：我国的道路交通安全法规定，一般情况下，高速上压白线要扣分。除了在法律上对高速公路有特别规定的除外，其他情况下都要一视同仁，并不会因为高速公路而有所区别。只要压了白线的，都要按法律处置。任何单位和个人都不能在高速公路上拦截检查行驶的车辆，公安机关的警察依法执行紧急任务的例外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十八条规定，车辆、行人应当按照交通信号通行;遇有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行;在没有交通信号的道路上，应当在确保安全、畅通的原则下通行。
