法律分析：异地经营要到当地工商部门备案或成立分支机构否则属于违法经营。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第十四条 公司可以设立分公司。设立分公司应当向公司登记机关申请登记领取营业执照分公司不具有法人资格其民事责任由公司承担。
《公司登记管理条例》 第四十五条 分公司是指公司在其住所以外设立的从事经营活动的机构。分公司不具有企业法人资格。
