释义	法律分析: 强奸男的是犯法的。虽然在《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十六条中只规定了行为对象为女性的强奸罪和强奸幼女罪，依据我国的罪刑法定原则，强奸男性是不属于犯了强奸罪的，但是并不代表没有罪。强奸男的按照猥亵罪进行处罚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
