释义	法律分析：合同合同生效后，没有经过合同双方当事人一致同意不能变更合同，反之则不能变更合同。合同的变更必须以有效成立的合同为对象，凡未成立或无效的合同，不存在变更的问题。有效成立的合同要成立合同变更，必须有合同要素的变化。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
