释义	法律分析: 就算欠债人死亡，其所欠债务由其遗产偿还，债权人可以依借据凭证向遗产继承人要求偿还，但是不可超过遗产部分或所欠债务的数额。对欠债人死后债务的偿还，应当根据债务人生前所负债务的性质来区分。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十五条继承遗产应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务，缴纳税款和清偿债务以他的遗产实际价值为限。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负偿还责任。
