异地转诊后用不用转回去 -法律知识

法律分析:
用转回去。异地就医，本来就是需办理手续的，经农村合作医疗管理部门核准后，才能报销。擅自在异地就医，费用是不报的。
只能按当地规定的程序来办，还有转诊手续也必须是当地规定的医院开具，一般需要当地最高级别的医院开具。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国社会保险法》
第二十三条 不支付工伤、第三方侵权造成的意外伤害医疗费用，因为本人意愿或者不可抗力因素造成的意外伤害的治疗费用，按照疾病医疗相同的报销比例报销。
