公假和事假有什么分别
释义
事假：根据《关于职工全年月平均工作时间和工资折算问题的通知》的规定，请事假应按月平均计薪天数21.75天来折算扣除工资。
公假：按照《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。即在工作时间请假去参加的法定活动，经申请批准，在此期间不扣薪水。
