释义	法律分析： 12至16周岁（不含16周岁）的未成年人，需要凭户口本乘坐飞机。12周岁以下的儿童乘坐飞机，须带有户口本或者出生证明办理乘机手续。已年满16周岁还未来得及办理身份证的少年乘坐飞机，可凭本人户口本或者贴有本人照片的学生证等到机场公安办理临时登机许可证明方可登机。法律依据：《民用航空安全检查规则》第三十一条乘坐国内航班的旅客应当出示有效乘机身份证件和有效乘机凭证。对旅客、有效乘机身份证件、有效乘机凭证信息一致的，民航安检机构应当加注验讫标识。
