离婚前把财产转给孩子可不可以? |

离婚时，如果一方偷偷转移、毁损财产或伪造债务，另一方可向法院起诉要求再次分割财产。父母离婚时，财产归夫妻共有，不会分给子女，即使子女上交工资也不例外。如果母亲用存款给孩子买东西，离婚时也不会被分割。
法律分析
不行。离婚时，如果一方隐藏、转移、变卖、毁损夫妻共同财产，或伪造债务企图侵占另一方财产，分割夫妻共同财产时，对这方的财产可以少分或不分。离婚后，另一方发现有上述行为，可以向人民法院提起诉讼，请求再次分割夫妻共同财产。父母的财产属于夫妻共同所有，与其他人无关。如果父母离婚，他们可以通过协商或诉讼处理，孩子无论成年与否都无权参与分割。对于离婚夫妻，财产应平均分割。即使孩子将工资上交给家里，父母离婚时孩子也不会分到财产。如果父母在孩子结婚前或后离婚，母亲用家庭存款购买的家电等物品算作父母对孩子的赠予，这些财产在父母离婚时不会分割。

《民法典》第一千零九十二条
夫妻一方隐藏、转移、变卖、毁损、挥霍夫妻共同财产，或者伪造夫妻共同债务企图侵占另一方财产的，在离婚分割夫妻共同财产时，对该方可以少分或者不分。离婚后，另一方发现有上述行为的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼，请求再次分割夫妻共同财产。
